Philip Marcovici is retired from the practice of law and consults with governments, financial institutions and global families. Philip teaches for, among others, the Singapore Management University, the Nanyang Technological University and the Tanoto Center for Asian Family Business and Entrepreneurship Studies at HKUST.

Philip was a partner of Baker & McKenzie, spending 12 years with the Firm in Hong Kong and 15 in Zurich. Philip has also practiced in New York and Vancouver.

Philip is a graduate of Harvard Law School and of the law school of the University of Ottawa.

Philip is the author of The Destructive Power of Family Wealth published by John Wiley & Sons in 2016.
