Amsterdam 2016

The second STEP Global Congress took place in Amsterdam on 30 June - 1 July 2016. Richard Frimston TEP, Russell-Cook opened the event which sold out and has received excellent feedback from attendees.

Highlights included a session chaired by Philip Marcovici TEP, with Jeremy Carver CBE, of Transparency International, Philip Kerfs , Head of the International Cooperation Unit at the OECD and the Rt. Hon. Clare Short, Former Chairwoman of the EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) discussing whether all countries ready for automatic exchange of information; Dyke Arboneaux TEP, David Wallace-Wilson TEP and G. Warren Whitaker TEP debating whether America is the new Switzerland; and a keynote address from Oisin Lunny, of OpenMarket, on how technology will transform the private client industry.
